Opportunities exist to experience the world of social work and counseling. Berks Counseling Center offers internships for both Bachelors and Masters level students in the fields of Psychology, Counseling, Addictionology and other Human Service areas.

Students will have a “hands on” experience in case management, mental health and/or addiction counseling; providing support services such as: parenting groups, life skills development, and understanding the process for accessing community resources for the consumer. Interns also have the opportunity to develop their individual and group counseling skills.
