Berks Counseling Center (BCC) is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 corporation founded in 1977. BCC is licensed by the Pennsylvania Dept. of Health Division of Program Licensing to provide outpatient alcohol/drug and partial hospitalization treatment for persons afflicted with chemical dependency. The Agency is licensed by the Department of Public Welfare to provide outpatient mental health services.
